El Fabuloso is an Ohio based pop-punk/dance quartet that formed in the summer of 2006 in Athens, Ohio at Ohio University. Founded by Singer/Guitar Allen Sanders, Drummer Bryan Overholt, Bassist Erik Kemme and Keys/Synth player Nick Yezza. With virally infectious melodies coupled with pure driving power, their debut album "A Fine Time to Get Down" has cemented them as one of the city and universitys premier artists. Although El Fabuloso has not yet been able to tour extensively, a two-week Midwest tour is planned for the end of August. The members of the band are no strangers to touring, however, having traveled the Midwest and Eastern United States in previous bands. Members of the band have also had the opportunity to share the stage with some national acts, including Silverstein, Hawthorne Heights, Spitalfield, Hit the Lights, Punchline and others, and in their short time together, El Fabuloso has already played with national acts such as Meese and the Rock and Roll Soldiers as well as playing an upcoming show with The Audition in September. El Fabuloso continues to prove through their hard work and dedication to their craft why they might be the next great band to emerge from the thriving Ohio music scene.
